Highline Beta is excited to welcome Caitlin Carter to the team as Senior Platform Director. Caitlin will be in charge of building our network, scaling our impact on the broader startup and investor ecosystem and supporting our portfolio companies.
In particular, Caitlin will lead the growth of Highline Hub and enhance support services to accelerate the expansion of our vertical venture studios. We’re regularly running curated events for our community at Highline Hub and in many global cities. As the local chapter lead for AI Salon in Toronto, we’re hosting monthly events to engage the community around learning and applying AI. These events include startup demos, technology discussions and networking. Similarly, as the lead for VNTR in Toronto, we bring together a select group of investors each month to discuss investment opportunities, trends and more. Our space is also available for others that want to host events, just let us know!

Most recently, Caitlin led operations at OneEleven, a premier startup innovation hub. Prior to that, she served as Head of Customer Success at Parachute. Before that, she spent over 15 years in SaaS and innovation agency professional services, holding various roles across multiple functions with experiencing a success acquisition and subsequent post-acquisition integration.
Caitlin has a ton of experience at the intersection of corporate innovation, global scale and local ecosystem building. That’s what makes her a perfect addition to the Highline Beta team with a focus on growing our global (and local) platform for pre-seed startup building & funding.
